Ice Dawgs Youth Hockey
The MayPort Ice Dawgs Hockey program is a Youth and High School Hockey program for those families in the Mayville-Portland, North Dakota Area. We support youth players from southern Grand Forks, Traill, Steele and nothern Cass Counties in central North Dakota.

Ages
Players may join our organization around 4 years old. We encourage all new skaters to attend our Learn to Skate lessons during the month of November. MayPort Youth Hockey supports:
Mini Mites (6U)
Mites (8U)
Squirts
PeeWees
Bantams
JV & Varsity
When
Youth Season: Start tentative Monday October 28th
Varsity/JV: Per NDHSAA Rules practice begins Monday, November 11
Mini-Mites (6U): Practice will likely begin Monday November 25
Where
All practices and home games will be held at Kim Braaten Memorial Arena and the MayPort Youth Center.
Practices
Varsity/JV will practice 5 days a week
Squirt, PeeWees, Bantams will practice 3 days a week
Mini's and Mites will practice 2 or 3 days a week depending on the schedule.
An official practice schedule will be posted before the season. Note: due to home hockey games practice schedules are subject to change throughout the season.
Jerseys
All Jerseys will be provided by the Club and returned at the end of the season. We expect each family to care for their jerseys during the season.
NOTE: Mini Mites will keep their jerseys at the end of the season!
